    Norfolk County Squad

On April the 10th 1988 Norfolk players, from clubs formed at that time, had a friendly match against Suffolk.

On August 20th 1989 a County team was formed by George Clarke and Fred Edwards.

At this time there was only one Norfolk team, which took part in the Eastern Region League.
In 1993 County team players competed in the England and Inter-County championships.

In 1993/94 two teams were formed. The Norfolk Premier team and Norfolk 'A' team. Both took part in the England Inter-County Championships league.

For a player to gain a County Badge, prior to 1993/94 season, one had to play for the County three times. In 1994/95 this was changed to two times and changed back to three times in 1996/97.
